Shehnaz Pancholi
Chief Executive Officer
Ms Pancholi has extensive experience in the teleradiology domain. She was instrumental in the success of American Teleradiology Network. At ATN, as Director/VP of sales Ms. Pancholi was instrumental in starting and training the sales team. Under her, the revenues grew 500% within two years. Ms. Shehnaz was also pivotal in starting and building the credentialing and licensing team which accelerated the start of client's services after the initial sales closed.
After the acquisition of ATN by Nighthawk Radiology Services, Ms Pancholi realized the need to create a teleradiology company that not only addressed the adult teleradiology domain but the enormously large and untapped field of pediatric teleradiology. Currently she oversees the only teleradiology company that caters to both the pediatric and adult markets.
At the helm of Pediatric Radiology of America, she stands out as the only female CEO in the growing teleradiology domain. As an immigrant to the US, she is achieving the "American Dream." Her successful track record and her expertise will ensure Pediatric Radiology of America a competitive edge in the evolving domain of telemedicine.
Ms. Pancholi graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Delhi, India. She has further completed her pre-medical program and is a few credits short of a Masters Degree Program as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner through Regis College, Weston, MA.

Paras Pancholi
Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Pancholi’s contributions since joining Pediatric Radiology of America include the design and successful implementation of PRA’s global and national network infrastructure which encompasses numerous converging technologies in the field of teleradiology.
In this role, he leads the company's technology strategy and standards initiatives, contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness. Recognizes new developments in information systems technology, and anticipates organizational modifications. Establishes long-term needs for information systems, and plans strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs.
In 2000, Mr. Pancholi co-founded PanteQ Corporation, a software development company with offices in Virginia, USA and New Delhi, India. He leveraged his background in technology and marketing to help the company achieve its strategic goals and growth potential. In 2003, Mr. Pancholi joined ATN as a CTO which grew to be one of the larger Teleradiology corporations and merged with Nighthawk Radiology Services in September of 2005, with the combined company going public in February 2006 with market cap of 600-700 million (NASDAQ: NHWK).
Mr. Pancholi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in information and multimedia design from Lesley College in Boston.

Rashid M. Taher, M.D
Board of Director
Dr Rashid M Taher is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in Vitreoretinal surgery. Dr. Taher completed a two year vitreo-retinal fellowship at Boston Unviersity Medical Center. He finished his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida and his medical school training at the George Washing University Medical School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Taher has authored several chapters in the text “Retinal Disorders and Acute Visual Loss.” He has been involved in the research of surgical treatment of retinal vascular occlusions and diode laser use in macular degeneration. He also has an interest in ocular trauma and the management of intraocular foreign bodies.
Dr Taher has served as a consultant to several health care related internet corporations and was a partner in three health care related internet start ups. He is on the Medical Executive Committees for multiple Ambulatory Surgical Centers. He also does consulting work for Paramount International, a medical supplies and distribution company based in Amman, Jordan.

Michael E. Katz, M.D
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Michael E. Katz is a Board Certified Radiologist with Certificate of Added Qualification in Pediatric Radiology. He has had a long career in academic and private radiology. He was Chief of the Department of Pediatric Imaging at The Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia and Program Director for the Radiology Residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School before moving to a private practice position in Florida in 2002. While in Virginia he was an Associate Professor of Radiology and has more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications. Though his principle focus has been pediatric radiology, he is also a fully capable adult radiologist with extensive experience in all modalities, except mammography. He has particular interest in MRI and Ultrasound. He is currently in a practice in Palm Beach County which serves 3 medical centers including two Trauma Centers and a Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Katz completed his General Radiology and Pediatric Radiology training in St. Louis at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, affiliated with Washington University, Barnes Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital. He received his M.D. from Yale University in 1982. Undergraduate degree was from University of Michigan, near his original hometown of Huntington Woods, Michigan. He has three daughters. Twins are in college in Florida and his eldest is in law school in Virginia.

Vaseem Iqbal M.D, M.B.A
Advisor, Strategy/Business Development
Dr. Vaseem Iqbal is a Board Certified Radiologist with Subspecialty Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology. He has extensive experience in adult and pediatric radiology. Dr. Iqbal grew up in London and Chelmsford in England. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from Washington University in Saint Louis. He completed his radiology residency in Saint Louis at the Jewish Hospital, affiliated with the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology and Washington University. His Pediatric Radiology fellow ship training was at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, affiliated with the University of Michigan.
Dr. Iqbal began his career on the medical staff of the Arkansas Children’s Hospital. He moved to Buffalo New York in 1990 including service at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He served as Interim Chief of Radiology at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo in 1991-1992. Pursuing a longstanding interest in the business of Radiology, Dr. Iqbal earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo in 1999.

Phillip Silberberg, MD
Assistant Medical Director
Dr. Phillip Silberberg is a Board Certified Radiologist with Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Pediatric Radiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand Medical School in Johannesburg, South Africa. He completed his residency in Radiology at McMaster University Medical Center in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and his Pediatric Radiology Fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He began his career in Pediatric Radiology at Doerenbecher Children's Hospital/Oregon Health Sciences University in 1995. Since 2001 he was a staff radiologist at Omaha Children's Hospital and an Affiliate Associate Professor of Radiology at Creighton University and University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska. He will be joining Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky in May, 2008.
Dr. Silberberg has an earned authorship on more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications and has contributed over 1,200 teaching cases which are available free globally on MyPacs.net. Of particular note on this site are Dr. Silberberg's featured collections titled:
