Qualifications

SUMMARY: The overall mission of this position involves enlisting clients for the parent company, Specialized Radiology Services. Clients include but are not restricted to hospitals, children’s facilities, imaging centers, etc. All Sales Team members will be required to assist in any department (other than their primary department) when and where their assistance is required; however primary focus will be on sales, revenue generation and marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following.

• Duties as assigned.
• punctual, hard-working and focused on achieving sales targets
• excellent communication skills
• ability to use email and regular office applications
• prepare weekly sales reports and present/discuss leads
• attend trade shows and help market company’s profile and services to clients
• ability to evaluate sales leads and pull in management support as needed
• Consistent, reliable attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior sales experience or training is preferred but not required; experience in medical sales or radiology preferred.
• One to three years related experience and/or training; or some equivalent combination of education and experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has NO supervisory responsibility.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Regular work schedule is 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
• Must be able to respond to emails on time, sometimes after hours (as needed).

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to management and other team members of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
Ability to deal with problems and gauge client needs

The office attire is business casual and a relaxed, peaceful environment prevails. Localized desk space, computer and phone will be provided to the candidate.
